About Family Health Centers
Since the early 1990s, Family Health Centers has been committed to the healthcare of families in the Central Valley of California. We focus on every patient as an individual, and when specialized care is needed, we help with referrals so care stays connected.
We build long-term relationships and get to know family health histories, from newborns to grandparents.
Our providers focus on effective, well-supported treatment from the first appointment through follow-up.
Regular checkups, screenings for common health problems, and support for healthy lifestyle habits.
We are actively involved in Central Valley communities and understand local health concerns.
